Experience the freedom and creativity of The Core Acro during our designated Aerial Silk and Hoop/Lyra free time sessions. Please note that this is unsupervised time, and while the aerial equipment is available, all other gym space and equipment will remain off-limits. Embrace your acrobatic journey without the presence of a coach, allowing you to explore and refine your skills at your own pace.
