Beginner Acro Workshop will introduce you to the fun exciting world of acrobatic tumbling. Perfect for those who have taken our beginner acro classes in the past or are brand new to our facility and looking to give us a try. Students will learn the foundations of body control, balance, hand and head stands, and safe progressions for rolls and basic flips. No experience needed-just energy and a willingness to move and learn new skills.
